About Cork

With her children grown, she decided to pursue her life-long dream of opening a restaurant and chose to support the City of Wilkes-Barre in doing so. Her very definite idea of what will make Cork unique from other restaurants is the level of hospitality guests will enjoy. Her mission – to ensure that every Cork experience, whether an intimate dinner for two or cocktails with friends, becomes a memorable one.

Our Bar
A graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, Frank brings 25 years of restaurant experience to the Cork team. Raised in New Jersey, after completing his Culinary Arts education, Frank honed his cooking skills in an array of fine dining establishments throughout the states of New Jersey and Maryland. He then came to Pennsylvania, where he assisted in the opening of the kitchen and banquet facilities at Caesars Paradise Stream Resort in the Pocono’s.
