Each course will be paired with one of four wines selected by the AWS.

Appetizer

Naugatuck Scallop Gratin served with Myer lemon prosecco brodo and herbed romano crust

Salad

Antipasti:  Mortadella, Lonza, Aged Provolone, Castelvetrano olives and fried eggplant

Entrée: Choose 1

Pan Roasted Chicken Cacciatore with wild PA mushrooms, Fortissimo wine and crispy local Pittston cardoons

Braised Beef Short Ribs served over classic Gorgonzola risotto with Marsala sauce

Vegetarian Option Available Upon Request

Dessert:

Sicilian Cake- rum cake with ricotta, chocolate, peaches, strawberries, homemade

whipped cream and pistachios

Mexican Monday

Lobster Nachos– lobster meat, cilantro, Mexican chiles, Wisconsin cheddar, atop house fried chips garnished with fresh pico de gallo, jalapenos and a green onion crema

Prime Rib Nachos– shredded prime rib, cilantro, Mexican chiles, Wisconsin cheddar atop house fried chips garnished with fresh pico de gallo, jalapenos and a green onion crema

Chicken Empanadas– classic empanadas filled with seasoned chicken and cheese topped with crema

Chipotle Marinated Alaskan Salmon tacos with and black bean salsa, chipotle vinaigrette nestled in blue corn tortillas topped with blood orange crema

Burrito– Seasoned beef or seasoned chicken folded in a large flour tortilla filled with sautéed onions and peppers, Wisconsin cheddar topped with Ranchero sauce served with Mexican rice and seasoned black beans

Classic Fajitas– strips of marinated chicken breast, flank steak or grilled shrimp served with sautéed onions and peppers. Served with tortillas, pico de gallo and sour cream

Mexican Street Corn– classic corn on the cob topped with a spicy crema and queso

Authentic Fried Ice Cream topped with honey or chocolate sauce
